This manufacturing company has a massive global presence in large part because their products and technologies are components used to improve the performance of other products spanning several industries. My team was asked to redesign the organization’s web presence.
Strategy sessions, both internally and with the client, indicated that the new website should be a place where current and future partners could get a sense of the organization’s capabilities, product offerings, and thought leadership. My team and I also prioritized establishing a brand identity and design consistency across all marketing and strategic communication channels.
The user experience strategy focused heavily on information architecture, well-defined content priorities and parameters, and in-depth user analysis and audience segmentation research to ensure that the site would meet the needs of its key users―both new and existing, external and internal.
